Для того, чтобы ваш тренер смог вам **составить вашу индивидуальную тренировочную программу**, которая приведет вас к вашим целям кратчайшим путем ему будут просто необходимо знать о вас как можно больше:

* ваш вес, рост, возраст, пол
* ваш опыт в спорте, если есть
* ваши цели
* доступные места (дом, зал, улица)
* дни для занятий

Для приятного общения **рекомендуем установить аватар**.

Для того, чтобы тренер знал когда нужно предоставить вам каждую новую тренировку - **не забудьте указать в профиле верный город** в котором вы находитесь, или ближайший к нему, если не нашли своего в списке.
